- Should I optimise the lowest-scoring page?
- Not automatically. Score is one input. A page nobody visits and no crawler prioritises can wait behind a slightly faster page that is on the main path.
- Does page speed affect ranking directly?
- It affects crawl behaviour and user experience, which is what we can measure. We would not claim a specific ranking effect we cannot verify.
